Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of this website and set out the general basis on which CROWNE Creative accepts and performs work.
Scope of work
Each engagement is defined by a written proposal setting out the deliverables, the timeline, the number of revision rounds included, and the payment schedule. Work falling outside that proposal is quoted separately and is not undertaken until agreed in writing.
Client obligations
The client is responsible for supplying content, brand materials, and approvals within the agreed timeframe. Delays in supply or approval may extend the delivery date accordingly.
Ownership
On payment of all sums due, ownership of the final website, its content, and its domain passes to the client. Third-party services and licensed materials remain subject to the terms of their respective providers.
Support and maintenance
Ongoing maintenance is optional and is billed separately from the original engagement. The scope of cover and the applicable response times are set out in the relevant maintenance agreement.
Use of this website
This site is made available for the purpose of reviewing our work and contacting the studio. It may not be used to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, to extract data by automated means, or to transmit unlawful or abusive material.
Intellectual property
The design, layout, text, graphics, and code of this website are the property of CROWNE Creative unless otherwise stated, including the CROWNE name, the crown device, and the Rumi character.
Third-party trademarks
All third-party trademarks, logos, product names, packaging, and brand imagery appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is illustrative and for portfolio purposes only, and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation. CROWNE Creative is not affiliated with Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, PETRONAS, or the LEGO Group.
Concept work
Certain work shown on this site is self-initiated concept work produced by CROWNE Creative to demonstrate an approach. Such work is identified as concept work, and nothing on this site is to be read as a representation that a displayed concept is an active or completed client engagement.
